ACoS stands for advertising cost of sales: ad spend divided by ad-attributed sales. If you spent $30 and the ads console attributed $100 of sales, ACoS is 30%. Those sales are list price, not the royalty you keep, and Kindle Unlimited page reads are not included.
TACoS is total advertising cost of sales: the same spend divided by total sales, ads plus organic. Amazon's ads console does not show TACoS. You add the sales up from KDP reports and the ads console.
Break-even ACoS here is the royalty you enter divided by the list price you enter. A $4.99 ebook that nets about $3.40 breaks even near 68% ACoS before the delivery fee. A paperback with a high print cost breaks even much lower. The longer explanation is on What ACoS and TACoS actually measure.
