BookAdsAI is operated by Taciturn Studios LLC. This page is what we actually collect — not a privacy theater script.

What we store

• Account email, name, and password hash for sign-in.
• Amazon Ads connection details for the profile you connect (refresh token, profile id, catalog status).
• Book catalog rows for that account: ASIN, title, cover URL, marketplace, Autopilot Live/Paused, spend cap, and campaign allowlist.
• Daily spend, royalties, and sales from reports that landed — we do not invent them.
• Change-log rows when Autopilot (or you) change an allowlisted campaign.
• Stripe customer and subscription ids if you subscribe. Card numbers stay at Stripe.
• Free-tool daily counts: the tool name, the UTC day, and either your IP address or your author-pass id. The text you paste into a free tool is not stored.
• If you ask the Book Launch Plan to email you a PDF: your email address, the time, your IP address, whether you ticked the updates box, and the version of that wording. The PDF is sent through Resend. You only get updates after you confirm by email, and every update has a one-click unsubscribe link (or use bookadsai.com/unsubscribe).

What we do not do

• We do not sell your catalog, Ads reports, or email list.
• We do not import other authors’ books into your account from competitor targeting.
• We do not turn Autopilot Live unless you set a book Live.

Amazon and Stripe

Amazon Ads data is used to sync your advertised books and, if you allow it, to pause or rebid campaigns on the allowlist after reports land. Stripe processes billing. Their policies apply to data they hold.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your choices. We use Google Analytics to count visits; it may set analytics cookies such as _ga. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

We use Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or www.aboutads.info. Ask us to delete it

Sign in and you can disconnect Amazon or cancel Stripe billing from Settings. To delete the BookAdsAI account itself, email support@bookadsai.com from the address on the account and we will remove the stored rows we control.

Suggestion and support messages (and the email address, if given) are stored so the site team can read and answer them, and are not used for marketing.

Governing law

Governed only by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue is the state and federal courts located in California.
