What to include

• The email address on your BookAdsAI account, if you have one.
• Which book or campaign the question is about, if any.
• For billing, the date of the charge. Never send card numbers.

Before you write

Many questions are answered in Help, the FAQ, and Answers. You can cancel a subscription yourself from Settings, which opens the Stripe customer portal.

BookAdsAI is not part of Amazon. For questions about your KDP account, royalties, or Amazon Ads billing, contact Amazon directly.
